This review is for Dr Michelle O’Brien. Our pup had what we thought was a fatty lump that turned out to be a mast cell tumor. As someone who wants all the answers, I appreciated that she showed me the cell slide at the visit and explained what we might be looking at. She also understood it was a holiday weekend and made sure we knew where to go should our pups condition worsen. It was these extra steps that made me feel confident in Raintree. We just really appreciated her knowledge, compassion, professionalism. So, def hire more vets like her ❤️

They are honestly amazing at this vet. I brought my dog here after having another vet do nothing but scam me out of money and they literally saved my dogs life! She had pyometra and I’d taken her to the other vet FIVE TIMES since September because I was thinking something was up and within 20 minutes of when we got to raintree they had done an ultrasound and found it and 3 hours later she was in for emergency surgery. They took such great care of my girl and truly cared about saving her life. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We called ahead to ask if they could fit in an emergency c-section for a rescue dog in our care. They quickly adjusted and fit us in. We had called many other places including emergency vets and no one else was able to help (no hate or judgment to the vets that couldn't help, we are just super thankful we found Raintree)! The moment we arrived they got to work. They saved not only our sweet pregnant mama, but delivered 4 healthy puppies! A minute more would have been too late and they truly saved the day! The vet who closed mama up (Dr. Ikard) took time and care to ensure the sutures were placed in a way where mama could still nurse if she wanted to. This mama is so attentive to her babies; I think she would have been incredibly stressed if she wasn't able to nurse them. Overall, we had such a great experience here, and I'm beyond thankful we found them. Their whole team -- and especially their vet techs and vets -- are fantastic! Raintree Pet saved the day and our sweet mama and puppies are doing great!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff here. We have been coming here with our cat & our dog for several years, and have always loved our visits with Dr. Savard. I recently brought my foster dog, who is highly traumatized, large, and strong, in for a medical exam by myself. I let the staff know prior to my visit that I was scared for a variety of reasons, and the they really stepped up and helped me navigate my entire visit, from the second I entered until I was driving away, with total professionalism and compassion. I cannot say enough great things about Erin, Haley, & Dr. O’Brien!!! What a dream team! Thank you three for your extra hands, the way you helped handle and supervise the dog to make transitions in & out of the clinic and payment a breeze seemed almost effortless, and it made a world of a difference for me. Erin even taught my foster dog a new trick in her few short minutes with him! I am beyond impressed. Thank you x1000000!

My dachshund was with me from the age of 17 until 32. She unexpectedly passed of old age overnight and it was a tremendously huge loss to process. Having moved here in 2021 I wasn’t sure where to take her that Saturday morning after we realized she was gone. I’m so glad I chose this facility to have her cremated. They were very accommodating, patient with me and considerate of my emotional needs. I was able to have her cremated, her urn was engraved and placed in a beautiful embroidered bag, I didn’t expect to also have some of her fur saved and placed into a beautiful heart shaped card. Everything was placed carefully into a bag for me to pick up. It even included information for help with loss and grieving. I will always recommend this place to anyone who experiences loss of a companion pet. Words cannot express how much I appreciate their kindness and support. Thank you to the staff for making one of the hardest days of my life, that much easier. (The statue was a gift from a friend and was not included by Raintree )

Good service, however I feel like they take advantage of the upscale area it’s located in to get as much as they can from customers.Additionally, have been extremely unorganized to the point where the doctor and I had to cross check which vaccines my pets received. When we called them out on their disorganization they did not seem to be pleased, however this is something that needs to be addressed.
